SVSPM’s Swami Vivekanand College of Nursing, Udgir classrooms are spacious , adequate, well ventilated with proper lighting system. Each classroom can accommodate 60 students and is fitted with Audio-Visual equipments and projectors.

Laboratories

SVSPM’s Swami Vivekanand College of Nursing, Udgir laboratories are in adequate proportion to the number of students practicing nursing procedures at a given point of time. Various laboratories present in the college are as follows.

Fundamental Lab

Fundamental lab is equipped with cupboards and racks, wash basins with running water supply, adequate furniture items like cots, beds, dummies, tables, chairs, charts and electric fittings which helps the students to acquire the practical skill and knowledge of various procedures to be practiced in the hospital.

Midwifery and Pediatric Lab

Midwifery lab is equipped with modern delivery dummies, models such as stages of fetal development, pelvis, fetal skull which helps the students to acquire knowledge and gain skills regarding pregnancy, labor and puerperium.

Community Lab

Community lab is equipped with community bags along with its articles which helps the students to utilize the bag for providing home based care during the community field work in urban and rural areas.

Nutrition Lab

Nutrition lab has the equipments such as work benches, cooking stoves, gas connection, wash basin, cutlery trays, plates, cooking utensils, racks, shelves, refrigerator, mixie and containers which helps the students to acquire basic knowledge about food and for practice in cooking food for the healthy as well as for the sick.

Anatomy & Physiology

Anatomy and Physiology lab is equipped with various models, skeletons, bones and human torso which helps the students to practice and gain knowledge of the structure and function of the human body and recognise any deviation from the normal.

A.V AIDS and Computer Lab

A.V Aids and Computer lab is equipped with all kinds of basic as well as advanced training aids such as LCD projectors, slide and film-strip projectors, models, specimen, graphs, charts ,television and Computers which helps the students to visualize and acquire knowledge regarding all the subjects.

Library

Library filled with huge number of books, magazines and journals of recent editions related to all subjects.

Auditorium

Auditorium is spacious, well ventilated, adequate lighting and can accommodate 1000 population which is utilized for hosting functions, educational conferences/ workshops, examination of the college. It also comprises of stage with green room facility.

Transportation

SVSPM’s Swami Vivekanand College of Nursing, Udgir provides transportation facility for their students to pick up from near by areas
